Last updated: July 23, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ClearProp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
ClearProp is developing mobile tools for general aviation route planning, advisory navigation context, route-scoped offline preparation, nearby airport awareness, and pilot-reviewed logbook drafts. Beta features may be incomplete, change, or become temporarily unavailable.
3. Aviation safety and official sources
ClearProp is an advisory situational-awareness tool. It is not approved as a source for primary navigation, obstacle clearance, current charts, weather, NOTAMs, airport operating status, regulatory compliance, or aeronautical decision-making. You remain responsible for current official information, proper preflight planning, and safe operation of the aircraft.
4. Logbook drafts and records
Navigation sessions may prefill a logbook draft. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting every entry before submission and for maintaining any records required by your regulator or operator. ClearProp does not make a draft an official record on your behalf.
5. Beta waitlist and communications
Joining the beta waitlist is optional. By checking the consent box, you ask ClearProp to contact you about relevant mobile beta access and related research. You may withdraw that consent as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. User accounts
If you use an account-based ClearProp service, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
7. Acceptable use
- Provide accurate information that you choose to submit.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the service.
- Do not use the service for an unlawful purpose.
8. Availability and warranties
ClearProp is provided as available and without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Beta and offline data may be unavailable, incomplete, delayed, or outdated.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ClearProp is not liable for damages arising from reliance on the service, loss of connectivity or data, or failure to use current official aviation information.
