1. Information We Collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and region/regulatory preference. As you use ClearProp we store the flight log entries, aircraft details, certificates, and any files you upload (e.g. logbook page images for AI import).

2. How We Use Your Data

• Provide, maintain, and improve ClearProp features.
• Calculate currency, certificate progress, and training insights.
• Power the AI copilot chat with your logbook context.
• Send transactional emails (e.g. password resets).

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in encrypted databases hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. We use TLS for data in transit and encrypt sensitive fields at rest. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use OpenAI APIs for AI-powered features (chat, logbook import). Flight data sent to OpenAI is used solely to generate responses and is not retained by OpenAI for training. We use Supabase for authentication and database services.

5. Your Rights

You may export or delete your data at any time from your account settings.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
