When you join the beta waitlist, we collect your email address, iOS or Android platform preference, the time and version of your consent, and the submission source. You do not need a ClearProp account to join the beta waitlist.

If you use ClearProp product services, we may also store the account details, flight log entries, aircraft details, route data, certificates, and files that you choose to provide.

2. How we use your data

• Contact beta waitlist members about relevant mobile beta access and related product research.
• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve ClearProp.
• Support route, navigation, and logbook workflows requested by the user.
• Send service messages such as password resets or important policy updates.

Joining the beta waitlist does not consent you to unrelated promotional email.

3. Beta waitlist choices

Rejoining with the same email updates the platform interest associated with that address without creating a public profile. To leave the beta waitlist or change your preference, email privacy@clearprop.app.

4. Storage and security

We use cloud service providers to store application data and apply access controls designed to limit data to authorized services and users. No system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Service providers

ClearProp uses service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, and application operations. Some product workflows may use third-party processing services when a user requests those features. We do not sell beta waitlist or flight data.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data associated with you, subject to applicable legal requirements.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as ClearProp changes. We will update the date above and provide an appropriate notice for material changes.
